Where are you located? Am I Ordering to a company based in overseas? Are my banners printed overseas.
We are located in Canning Vale, Western Australia. All our production is done in house at our Canning Vale store. We do not have stores based overseas.
What types of Files are recommended for artwork uploads?
We accept the below types of files:
- EPS (Encapsulated Post Script)
- AI (Adobe Illustrator)
- PDF (Adobe Reader PDF)
- PSD (Adobe Photoshop)
- JPEG (High Resolution JPEG)
- TIFF (High Resolution TIFF)
Customers are to ensure that before submitting the orders, all printing files are checked for quality at 100% scale to check if there is an blurred, pixelated or distorted images due to the usage of low quality images. Clients must ensure all the high quality images are used while making the design that maintain their quality when scaled or transformed for larger size prints. Banner House will not be responsible for any low quality designs provided for printing as final proofs. Due to automated the production line, all the prints ready files will be printed as such provided by the customer.
Are banners provided by Banner House waterproof? How long do they last?
The banners provided by Banner House are waterproof and weatherproof. The banners will last from 3 to 5 years depending on their use and physical environment.
How many colors can each banner include? Is there any limitation of number of colors Banner House can print?
Our world class Roland Printers can print any number of colors. We do not print any metallic colors. In general, we can Print one color, two color and almost any number of colors depending on the artwork provided.
Can I change my artwork once it has been approved and is in production?
Once approved, the customers will not be able to change the artwork. Once approved the designs are automatically sent for printing so changes after approvals will not be facilitated.
How much is shipping?
Shipping cost generally depends on the quantity, size and the location. Please contact our customer service team for any queries regarding the custom order shipping costs.
How long does it take to receive my custom banner?
The banners are generally printed in 1-2 working days after the order has been submitted. Standard delivery can take another 3 to 5 days for delivery after the banner is printed. Banner House has a courtsey delivery service in all Perth metro areas, so the orders from Perth metro are delivered much faster as compared to other regional areas.
Does Banner House make vertical print banners?
Yes, we do make the Vertical Banners.
Can Banner House print on both sides of the banner?
No, Banner House do not print on both sides of the banner. However, our double side banners are two single side printed banners attached/stitched back to back.
